Training
DfL employs experienced trainers, able to instruct your staff on any aspect of lighting. This could range from the basics of highways lighting to the construction of lamps, or the pros & cons of leds compared with fluorescent, fibre optic and halogen sources. DfL can construct bespoke training course around your specific needs.

Product specifications and criteria
We have much experience both in the design, use and maintenance of luminaires and equipment. We offer constructive advice on the design of products for any particular application. Positive changes made early in the design can save a great deal of time and money later and improve sales and market acceptability. DfL often provide detailed unbiased analysis and comparison of similar products from different manufacturers.

Expert Witness
DfL provide an Expert Witness service and are able to specialise in cases of light as a statutory nuisance or obtrusive light, and all areas of lighting design & measurement.
