Daring to be Different at the HEA Conference on 1st November, come and win a #DB5

At DfL we’re big admirers of the Lego brand. We marvel at the vision of its founder, Ole Kirk Christiansen. He embraced a seismic shift in product #engineering by purchasing one of the first available injection-moulding machines and producing his bricks in cellulose acetate.

More recently Lego have adopted #creative ideas in new and daring ways. We’re proud to build our reputation on #innovative ideas to meet the demands of the #lighting sector. We deliver #lightingdesigns throughout the UK and overseas, benefitting from the #engineering skills of contractors who recognise the added value that our #design expertise brings to #lighting projects. So, daring #creativity married with sound #engineering skills sounds like a great premise on which to launch our presence at the HEA Conference on the 1st November ( . Our Managing Director Alistair Scott and Business Development Director, Richard Jackson will be on hand with Kevin Dugdale and Ryan Carroll to demonstrate our full range of services and to network with our friends and colleagues in the industry..

We pay homage to Lego with our first prize in a draw on the DfL stand. Simply put your business card in the jar and we’ll announce the proud owner of this Aston Martin #DB5 at 5pm on our stand. This impressive replica model captures the elegance and timeless sophistication of Agent 007’s iconic 1964 sports car and comes with a wealth of authentic details and functioning gadgetry. There will be additional prizes for runner ups.

We’re also keen to speak with Local Authorities and Contractors and will be offering limited free half hour #design surgeries on #LED efficiency projects. Contact us in advance to book a slot by emailing Richard Jackson on, they will be running from 10-4pm.

In the meantime Richard will be at Lightscene in Rotherham on the 9th October if you wanted to catch up on any projects with him then.
